(A) The Town Council, or authorized designee, is identified as the final approval authority for final subdivision applications.
(B) The Town Council, or authorized designee, may approve the final subdivision application, approve the final subdivision with conditions or deny the final subdivision application, accompanied by findings of fact.
(C) A Town Council, or authorized designee, action to deny a final subdivision application shall be made with a finding, or findings of non-compliance with the requirements of this chapter, or the revisions or conditions of the preliminary subdivision application approval.
