§ 151.055 LACK OF FINAL SUBDIVISION APPLICATION INFORMATION.
   (A)   The lack of any information required by this subchapter shall be cause for the Town Clerk to find the final subdivision application incomplete.
   (B)   A Town Clerk determination of an incomplete final subdivision application shall prohibit the Town Council, or authorized designee, from considering any material, items or other information related to the proposed final subdivision application. The Town Clerk shall notify the applicant of the information lacking from the final subdivision application. The Town Clerk shall 30 days from the date of notification of an incomplete final subdivision application for the applicant to provide the required information and provide a complete final subdivision application to the Town Clerk. If the application for final subdivision approval remains incomplete after 30 days from date of notification of an incomplete final subdivision application, the Town Clerk shall return the incomplete final subdivision application to the applicant, accompanied by all final subdivision application fees paid.
