§ 151.003 AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is enacted and authorized under the provisions of UCA Title 10, Chapter 9 et seq. 1 , as amended. This chapter, upon its adoption by the Town Council, repeals any prior subdivision ordinance that may have been adopted in whole or in part.
