(a) If an MSD sewer permit is required by the metropolitan sanitary district according to the latest edition of the “Manual of Procedures for the Administration of Sewer Ordinance”, the developer shall submit such permit along with the plans and specifications for the proposed sewer hookup, and all supporting documentation, to the village. A fee as set forth in section 13-1 of this code shall accompany all such documents. The fee is the minimum fee to be charged for review of such plans by the village engineer.
(b) If the engineer’s fee for such review exceeds the fee as set forth in section 13-1 of this code, the village shall bill the developer for such charges.
(c) All fees must be paid prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit.
