(1) Flood Elevation Determination Application: Each applicant requesting a flood elevation determination shall file a written application with the building department stating:
(a) The full legal name, address, and home and work telephone numbers of each and every legal and beneficial owner of the property.
(b) The common postal address of the property.
(c) All property identification numbers associated with the property.
(2) All application fees as enumerated in section 13-1 shall be due and payable upon application.
(3) The completed application will be forwarded to the village engineer of record, for processing.
(4) Upon completion by the village engineer, the flood elevation determination shall be returned to the building department for delivery to the applicant.
