(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to construct any fence within the village without a fence construction permit from the building commissioner.
(b) The application for a fence construction permit shall be accompanied by a plat of survey and a sketch showing the proposed location of the fence in relation to the lot lines, existing permanent improvements, the type of construction, the material to be used and the proposed height of the fence.
(c) There shall be a charge for a fence construction permit and an inspection fee as set forth in section 13-1 of this code.
