Sec. 8-211  Definition:
   The term “swimming pool” means an accessory structure which is a receptacle for water or an artificial pool of water having a depth at any point of more than twenty-four (24) inches, and with a capacity of more than one thousand (1,000) gallons or with a water surface area exceeding two hundred fifty (250) square feet; which is used or intended for the purpose of immersion or partial immersion therein of human beings and including all appurtenant equipment, constructed, installed and maintained in or above the ground.
