(a) No person shall own, place, keep, maintain, operate or permit any location containing amusement devices and/or electronic games without having obtained a license. Licenses may not be transferred to other machines. The license fee will be as set forth in section 13-1 of this code per year, in addition to the established fee per device.
(b) No person shall allow unlicensed operators and/or machines in the place of business.
(c) Any person or corporation violating this section shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). A separate and distinct offense shall be held to have been committed each day any person continues to violate any of the provisions hereof.
