   (a)   A licensee shall only be permitted to sell, offer for sale, give away, or allow to be consumed (as the license permits), alcoholic liquors on the licensed premises between the following hours of each day of the week:
 
Sunday 7:00 A.M.— Monday 2:00 A.M.
Monday 7:00 A.M. — Tuesday 2:00 A.M.
Tuesday 7:00 A.M. — Wednesday 2:00 A.M.
Wednesday 7:00 A.M. — Thursday 2:00 A.M.
Thursday 7:00 A.M. — Friday 2:00 A.M.
Friday 7:00 A.M. — Saturday 2:00 A.M.
Saturday 7:00 A.M. — Sunday 2:00 A.M.
 
   (b)   It shall be unlawful to keep open for business, or to admit the public into or on, any premises where alcoholic liquor is sold during the hours when the sale of alcoholic liquor is prohibited; provided, that in the case of restaurants, clubs, hotels, and businesses operating themselves primarily as gas stations, such establishments may be kept open during such hours, but no alcoholic liquor may be sold, offered for sale, given away, or consumed by the public during such hours.
   (c)   Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
