Sec. 3-94.  Sanitary Conditions1,2:
   (a)   All premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor, or for the storage of such liquor for sale, shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and shall be kept in full compliance with the provisions of this code regulating the condition of premises used for the storage or sale of food for human consumption.
   (b)   Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00. A separate and distinct offense shall be held to have been committed each day any person continues to violate any of the provisions hereof.
