§ 70.01  ADOPTION OF PLAN; INCORPORATION.
   The city’s Transportation System Plan (adopted by Ord. 2004-01) is hereby amended to incorporate the city’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan (2009), as set out in Ch. 71 of this traffic code.
