§ 113.09 CLEAN INDOOR AIR ACT.

Sections 113.08 and 113.09 are intended to complement and go beyond the Minnesota Clean Indoor Air Act, M.S. §§ 144.411 to 144.417, and other applicable laws, as amended from time to time. Nothing in this chapter authorizes smoking in any location where smoking is prohibited or restricted by other laws.
