(A) A person who has been cited for violation of one of the ordinances designated by the Common Council as shown in § 33.06 may pay the amount designated by the Common Council from time to time to the Ordinance Violations Bureau in cash or money order payable to the city.
(B) A person charged with an ordinance violation is entitled to a trial before court as provided by law, unless the person enters an appearance, waives the right to trial, enters an admission of the violation and agrees to the payment of civil penalty to the Violations Clerk or designated Deputy of the Violations Clerk.
(C) Failure to pay the civil penalty for the violation of the code provisions of the city ordinances within fourteen 14 days shall be referred to the City Attorney to initiate proceedings in court for the alleged ordinance violations which may result in court costs and additional penalties.
