§ 33.06 ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS CIVIL PENALTIES SCHEDULE.

   (A)   The penalties below are subject to change at the discretion of the Common Council. Where these penalty fines conflict with other areas of the code, the most recent fine values shall prevail.

   (B)   Penalties and expenses of enforcement in excess of $250 require court hearing action for enforcement; and such amounts in excess of $250 can not be processed through the Ordinance Violations Bureau for enforcement.
