§ 97.07 VARIOUS SERVICE AND PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall establish required guidelines furnish, or give direction on other requirements, such requirements shall meet state codes, ADA requirements and other related sources.
   (B)   The Board of Public Works and Safety may approve, reject, or wave a required permit that maybe in conflict or for any reason reject approval for any reasonable reason.
   (C)   Other utilities will not be required to obtain a permit, however, they will be required to follow city ordinances for repair to streets, alleys, and the like.
   (D)   The Board of Public Works and Safety may conduct hearings to solve problems or complaints on requirements.
   (E)   The office of Clerk-Treasurer shall issue all permits.
   (F)   Funds collected from these permits shall be deposited into the General Fund or utility funds in relation to.
