(A) The operation of a golf cart, utility task vehicle, and other vehicles as defined in the definition of “side by side” in § 72.01
within the city is strictly prohibited, unless the golf cart or utility task vehicle is operated and equipped in full compliance with this chapter.
(B) Only valid licensed drivers 16 years of age or older who have been issued a driver’s license from a State Bureau of Motor Vehicles may operate a golf cart, utility task vehicle, or other vehicles as defined in the definition of “side by side” in § 72.01
in the city.
