(A) (1) Any person violating one or more provisions in this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty schedule as:
(a) First violation: $25.
(b) Second violation: $50.
(c) Third violation and each after: $100.
(2) Any city police officer of city code enforcement officers are authorized to handle complaints and issue tickets for violations of such ordinance.
(3) (a) Payments of such violations shall be in accordance with Chapter 33 of this code of ordinances, payable to the City Clerk-Treasurer or in a court of general jurisdiction.
(b) There may also be fees associated with an attorney or courts that might apply.
(B) There is a $100 fine for violation of § 71.02(C).
(C) If any person violates the provisions of § 71.03, the owner of such vehicle shall be responsible for the payment of a fine of $100 at the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer.
