§ 53.04 SERVICE NOT PROVIDED FOR RETAIL, MANUFACTURING AND/OR COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS OR SOME APARTMENTS.
   Sanitation service shall not be provided for any retail, manufacturing, and/or commercial establishment within the city. All apartments with more than three units must provide their own sanitation service with the exception of apartment units that receive separate water/sewage bills.
