A written service application or a properly executed contract will be required from a prospective customer (including a contractor or a builder) before the Sewer Department will supply service. The Sewer Department shall have the right to reject an application for any valid reason. Where unusual construction or equipment expense will be involved in furnishing the service, the Sewer Department may require the contract to be for an appropriate period of time specified by the Sewer Department when the contract is executed.
