STATE LAW REFERENCE TABLE
Sec. 16-1. - County Courthouse.
   By authority of G.S. 153A-45, it shall be unlawful for anyone not on official business to be in the county courthouse after 5:00 p.m. on a working day and at all times during the nonworking days, including holidays. A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor as provided in G.S. 14-4.
