Reasonable fees sufficient to cover the costs of administration, inspection, publication of notices, and similar matters may be charged to applicants for land use permits, special use permits, zoning amendments, appeals, variances and special exceptions, and other administrative relief. The amount of such fees shall be fixed by the board of commissioners.
