§ 155.169 YARD REQUIREMENTS.

   The following minimum requirements shall be observed subject to the additional requirements, exceptions and modifications in §§ 155.240 and 155.241.

1 to 3 stories or 50 feet in height	30 feet	None, except, adjoining R District, then same as R District	40 feet
Greater than 3 stories or 50 feet	60% of building height	(Same as above)	40 feet
