§ 133.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person or entity who violates any of the provisions of § 133.06 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $300.
