(A) It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person or persons to operate or maintain an adult use amusement of any kind without first obtaining a license from the city.
(B) The license term shall be for a period of one year and shall expire at the end of one year from the date it was issued. The license holder may apply for a renewal by application to the city.
(C) The annual fee for an adult use amusement license shall be $500.
