§ 110.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $50, and not more than $750.

   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 110.165 through 110.174, or who makes a false statement concerning any material fact in submitting an application for a license or for a renewal of a license shall be subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed $750 for each day the violation continues, or revocation of the license.
