It shall be unlawful for any person engaging in any of the activities enumerated above to exercise, offer, operate or engage in such activities between the hours of 12:00 midnight of each weekday and 5:00 a.m. the following day, and between the hours of 12:00 midnight of each Saturday to 5:00 p.m. the following Monday. It shall be lawful for the holder of an amusement license to be open on Sunday.
