§ 110.106 LICENSING.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall conduct raffles or chances within the city, without first having obtained a license therefore as provided in this subchapter; provided, however, that such a license hereunder may be issued only to bona fide religious, charitable, labor, fraternal, educational or veterans organizations that operate without profit to their members.
   (B)   For purposes of this subchapter, the following terms, namely nonprofit, charitable, educational, religious, fraternal, veterans and labor, all referring to organizations and/or institutions established for such purposes, shall have the same meanings as are given to such terms pursuant to § 2(b) of the Enabling Act.
