§ 110.086 PLACEMENT; GAMBLING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   All licensed devices shall, at all times, be kept and placed in plain view of any person or persons who may frequent or be in any place of business where such devices are kept or used.
   (B)   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to authorize, permit or license any gambling device of any nature whatsoever except as authorized by the state.
   (C)   Prizes and awards prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person receiving a license pursuant to this subchapter to give or award a cash prize or equivalent to any person playing any of the tables, devices or machines enumerated herein above under tournament, league or any other individual or competitive play.
   (D)   Whenever a device does not operate properly, the proprietor shall refund any money lost in such device and shall post an “out of order” sign over the coin slot until such device is repaired.
