The method for computation of rates and service charges established for user charges in this chapter, shall be made available to user within 30 days of receipt of a written request for such. Any disagreement over the method used or in computations there of shall be remedied by City Engineer within 30 days after notification of a formal written appeal outlining the discrepancies.
