(A)
All water tap and service connections made to the mains of the city waterworks system which are larger than three-fourths of an inch shall be the actual cost of the materials as established by the City Council; provided, however, the minimum cost shall not be less than $1,500.
(B) In the event that any individual makes an application for any new service connection within 90 days of a previous new service connection request, then the cost of such request shall not exceed the material cost for such connection. The application of this provision shall not include any unusual or extraordinary expense incurred in such connection.
(C) At the city’s discretion, a partial tap may be utilized in regards to this section; provided, however, that the minimum cost for the partial tap shall not be less than $750.
