§ 30.47 NOTICE OF INTENDED SALE OR EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY.
   Before the City Council sells or exchanges any real property as provided in § 30.46(A), (B), (C) and (D), it shall publish a notice of its intention to sell or exchange at least once in a newspaper with a general circulation within the city or county.
   (A)   An auction sale, such notice shall state the date, time and place of the proposed sale and the place where and the time within which written bids and deposits may be made pursuant to this chapter.
   (B)   A sale, through the Mayor, such notice shall invite persons to negotiate with the Mayor.
   (C)   An exchange, such notice shall call for offers of exchanges or a combination of cash and exchange or a combination of equipment, supplies or services and shall state the date, time and place of the proposed exchange and the place where and the time within which written offers may be made and the increment set by the City Council which will be used in calling for further oral bids and offers, pursuant to this subchapter.
   (D)   A public sale and notice shall state the date, time and place of the opening of bids and the place and time within which written bids and deposits may be made.
