§ 30.46 SALES AND EXCHANGES AUTHORIZED.
   When the City Council has determined that the sale or exchange of any personal or real property owned by the city will be in the best interest of the city, it may:
   (A)   Sell such property at public auction, in the manner provided in § 30.47;
   (B)   Authorize the Mayor to negotiate the sale or exchange of such property subject to the approval and acceptance by the Council;
   (C)   Exchange such property for other personal or real property of substantially equal value, or for other personal property plus an amount of money equal to the difference in value or for equipment and/or supplies and/or services of substantially equal value, if it has also determined that the acquisition of such other personal property will be in the best interests of the city; and
   (D)   Sell such property at a public sale in the manner provided in § 30.47.
