§ 34.036 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Chief of Police may make or prescribe such rules and regulations for the conduct and guidance of the members of the Police Department as he or she shall deem advisable and such rules, when approved by the Board of Police and Fire Commissioners, shall be binding on such members.
