The Chief of Police shall report to the City Council at the first regular meeting each month and at the end of each municipal year thereof. A report in writing of the activities of his or her Department shall set forth the number of arrests, by whom made, and on what charge, the number of prosecutions for the recovery of fines, before what court brought, how disposed of, together with a statement of all property received by him or her during the period covered by such report, by virtue of his or her office.
