§ 112.06 ANNUAL LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   The annual business license fee for a video gaming license shall be as follows:
      (1)   One-thousand dollar fee for the initial license and $500 for each renewal license; plus
      (2)   One-hundred dollars for each video gaming terminal;
   (B)   License fees are payable at the time of application and are not subject to proration and are not refundable.
   (C)   Video gaming establishments within the geographical boundaries and jurisdiction of the city and who are already operating as a video gaming establishment at the time of the enactment of this chapter shall meet all application requirements of § 112.04 within 90 days of the enactment of this chapter.
   (D)   Video gaming establishments within the geographical boundaries and jurisdiction of the city who are already operating as a video gaming establishment at the time of the enactment of this chapter will be held harmless from the initial $1,000 license fee and will owe its first renewal fee, as stated in this section, beginning in 2018. Such fees shall be paid on or before April 30 of each year.
