§ 112.99 PENALTY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this chapter. Any person found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to fine in an amount not to exceed $750 and/or license suspension or revocation pursuant to §§ 111.085 through 111.097.
