§ 32.47 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The aforesaid officers shall make all needful rules and regulations with respect to the Board and the management of the money appropriated to the Board, not inconsistent with this subchapter, provided such money is expended for the maintenance, use and benefit of the Fire Department.
