§ 32.30 CITY OFFICER.
   (A)   The term POLICE OFFICER as used in this subchapter does not include auxiliary police officers, except as provided for in 65 ILCS 5/10-2.1-6.
   (B)   Any full time member of a regular Fire or Police Department of this city who comes under the provisions of this subchapter is a city officer.
