(A) Any person who violates § 91.21 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each and every offense.
(B) Any person or entity who violates any provision of §§ 91.35 though 91.37: shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each conviction. Each day that such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, a person convicted of violating §§ 91.35 through 91.37 shall be required to pay the costs incurred by the local Fire Department in removing the obstruction.
