§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates § 91.21 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each and every offense.
   (B)   Any person or entity who violates any provision of §§ 91.35 though 91.37: shall upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each conviction. Each day that such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, a person convicted of violating §§ 91.35 through 91.37 shall be required to pay the costs incurred by the local Fire Department in removing the obstruction.
   (C)   Any person, corporation or other entity who violates §§ 91.50 through 91.53 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each and every offense.
