§ 91.50 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OPENING BURNING. Any fire which purpose is to burn vegetation, or debris as a result of excavation, or debris as a result of a construction project. However, the term shall not include fires which may be set for the purpose of burning plant beds.
