§ 156.107 FAILURE TO MAINTAIN PRACTICES.
If a property owner fails or refuses to meet the requirements of the maintenance covenant, they, after reasonable notice from the Planning Commission staff, may correct a violation of the design standards or maintenance needs by performing all necessary work to place the facility in proper working condition. In the event that the SWMPR becomes a danger to public safety or public health, the Planning Commission staff shall notify the property owner in writing. The property owner shall have 14 calendar days after mailing (US Mail, First Class), delivery or posting in a conspicuous place on the subject property to execute maintenance and repair of such facility in an approved manner. Failure to execute may result in the issuance of a Notice of Violation as provided in §§ 156.120 through 156.125 herein.
