§ 156.021 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Unless specifically excluded by this chapter, any property owner or developer desiring a permit for a land disturbance activity shall submit to the Planning Commission a permit application. A copy of the application form can be obtained from the Planning Commission office.
   (B)   Unless otherwise exempted by this chapter, a building permit, approved construction plans, or grading permit application must be accompanied by the following in order that the permit application be considered: a SWMPL; a maintenance agreement; and all applicable nonrefundable permit review fees.
   (C)   The SWMPL shall be prepared to meet the requirements of § 156.050 of this chapter, the maintenance agreement shall be prepared to meet the requirements of §§ 156.100 through 156.107 of this chapter, and fees shall be those established by the JCFC.
