No adult having control of any residence or premises shall allow a social host party, gathering, or event to take place or continue at this residence or premises if:
(A) At the party, gathering, or event any underage drinker obtains, possesses, or consumes any alcoholic beverage.
(B) The adult knows that an underage drinker will or does possess any alcoholic beverage at the party, gathering, or event in violation of KRS Ch. 244.
(C) The adult fails to take reasonable steps to prevent the possession of the alcoholic beverage by such underage drinkers in violation of KRS Ch. 244.
