The Fiscal Court of Jessamine County, Kentucky hereby appoints the Administrative Officer of the Jessamine County-Wilmore Joint Planning Commission to administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter by granting or denying development permits in accordance with its provisions, and is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
