(A) The identification of any access by name and number on any printed map or format or publication of any kind is solely for the use by the Fiscal Court to provide public emergency services for the safety and protection of the public. All records, plats, maps, names and numbers researched, assigned, published or developed by the County Fiscal Court shall be limited solely to public emergency services provided by governmental agencies of the county, except:
(1) The telephone company holding the contract for Enhanced-911 telephone service, but limited to the uses related to Enhanced-911;
(2) United States Postal service for postal delivery addresses;
(3) Jessamine County Property Valuation Administrator for tax identification purposes; and
(4) The governmental agencies as necessary and approved by signature of the Judge/Executive.

(B) No other use shall be permitted of any information, maps, publications and research of county government related to this subchapter, unless authorized by official act of the County Fiscal Court.
(C) The identification of any access under this subchapter is solely for the purpose of Enhanced-911 and does not create, change, alter, increase or discontinue any legal rights of any public agency or private person. No establishment of any road (public or private) can be created by any action under this subchapter.
