§ 31.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   In addition to any other penalties, specifically including criminal penalties which may be imposed pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statutes, any local telephone exchange subscriber who fails to pay a monthly E-911 service charge within 45 days after billing shall be deemed guilty of a civil offense and may be subject to a civil fine imposed by the County Fiscal Court, not to exceed $30 for each month the subscriber has failed to pay the E-911 service charge. This civil fine may be recovered by the County Fiscal Court in a civil action in the nature of a debt.

   (C)   (1)   Violations of § 31.45(A) shall be fined not less than $10 or more than $25. Subsequent to a 30-day period following notification of violation, each day during which the violation exists may be deemed a separate offense. Warning citations may be issued by enforcement personnel in appropriate circumstances.
      (2)   Violations of § 31.45(B) shall be subject to a fine of up to $250, confinement in the county jail for up to 12 months, or both the fine and confinement.

   (D)   Violations of § 31.47 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500, confinement in the county jail not to exceed 12 months, or both the fine and confinement.
