(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Any violation or failure to comply with § 94.02 shall make the violator subject to a fine not to exceed $500.

(C) The penalty for violation of § 94.03 shall be a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.
