The following section of the code adopted is hereby revised:

   Section 101 .1 Insert “City of Jerseyville”

   Delete Section 105 “Permits” in its entirety.

   Delete Section 106 “Fees” in its entirety.

   Delete Section 109 “Board of Appeals” in its entirety. (Ord. 1792, 7-11-2023)
