Each license issued pursuant to this chapter shall state the date of issuance and the expiration thereof, the name and address of the licensee or, in case of a partnership, association or corporation, the names and addresses of all the partners, members or stockholders thereof, the location and description of the premises for which it is granted and the class to which it belongs, and shall be signed by the Mayor as Liquor Control Commissioner.
