A. License And Compliance Required: It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail, in the City, any alcoholic liquor fit for beverage purposes and containing more than one-half of one percent (0.5%) of alcohol by volume, without first securing a retail liquor dealer's license therefor in the manner provided in this chapter, or in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. B. Scope Of License: No license required by this chapter shall be issued to any one licensee, whether an individual, firm, association or corporation, for more than a single location, nor shall any sale of alcoholic liquor be made under any license except upon the premises described in such license.
